Clayens NP announce the acquisition of the Healthcare and Industry Business Unit of PSB Industries Group
Clayens NP would like to announce the acquisition of the Healthcare and Industry Business Unit of PSB Industries Group on January 1st 2021. This is the result of exclusive negotiations which have taken place since September 2021.
This operation, which includes five industrial sites (2 in France, 1 in Poland and 2 in Mexico), is a new step in the development strategy of Clayens NP. It brings a significant foothold in Mexico as well as a trading company in the United States. It will allow Clayens to develop its profile in the healthcare sector with five ISO 7-class cleanrooms and to strengthen its presence in its traditional markets such as automotive, electrical or aeronautics.
The Healthcare & Industry division of the PSB Group employs 700 employees and represents a turnover of approximately €60m.
