We are pioneers in the design and development of specific and personalized single-use surgical kits. For instance, our kits are used in spinal surgery to repair vertebral fractures.
We also manufacture a wide range of ancillary devices, using overmolding technologies, for the implantation or removal of implants, particularly suture anchors.

Our expertise in solid or viscous implant delivery systems is recognized, particularly in ophthalmology (injectors for intraocular implants for cataract surgery, implant delivery system for glaucoma), aesthetics (extra-long 1 ml syringe for hyaluronic acid injections for wrinkle filling), and orthopedics (injectors for bone substitutes, suture anchor deployment systems).

Our range extends to specific hospital kits and systems, designed in collaboration with medical device companies for various applications: parts used in dialysis, thoracic cage drainage systems, catheters used for epidurals, filtration systems, and catheter connectors.

Orthopedics
We manufacture suture anchors for leading orthopedic players, which are used to secure tendons and ligaments to the bone. We also produce PEEK implants for orthopedic and dental applications. We employ injection and machining technologies for the manufacturing of these implants.

We manufacture implant or instrument packaging systems for the dental and orthopedic fields. These packaging solutions, enabling the sterilization of implants and ancillary devices, can be made of plastic (Radel), stainless steel, or hybrid (plastic and stainless steel). Primary Packaging
Major pharmaceutical companies rely on our expertise for the manufacturing of injectable drug delivery systems. We specialize in the production of auto-injectors for the administration of viscous products and emergency injection auto-injectors.
Our expertise also extends to primary packaging. We are capable of meeting the most demanding requirements for injectable drug delivery systems, as demonstrated by our ready-to-fill COC syringe.
Secondary Packaging (Tub & Nest)
With our expertise in pharmaceutical packaging and production capabilities, we manufacture syringe packaging components called Tubs (packaging trays) and Nests (packaging nests) at multiple sites, including Mexico, France, and Poland.
